User administration is a central function in iPROT. This allows you not only to manage the participant and distribution lists for your meeting minutes, but also to set up access authorizations for iPROT users in your company or project-specific e-mail addresses for project participants.

User administration at a glance

In the first video, we show you how you can easily manage all users in your account as an administrator in iPROT. Using a search and other filter options, you can quickly find your users and edit their settings.

Advanced user management

The second video focuses on the creation of access authorizations and the more detailed functions of user administration. You can find out which settings you need to make so that only certain users can read or write to meeting minutes. And how you can also define project-specific e-mail addresses for sending or project-specific functions for your distribution list.
