Structure Meeting Minutes – Headings for Entries in iPROT

iPROT offers several options for structuring meeting minutes. Topics can be assigned within two chapter levels. Within the topics, one or more entries can be created. However, a longer list of entries for a topic can sometimes become a bit confusing. The readability of the meeting minutes can be improved in this case by giving the entries within a topic their own headings.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  • Create a new entry for a topic.
  • In the first line of the text editor, enter the heading.
  • For example, format this heading in italic bold.
  • Below the heading, enter the text of the entry.

This way, each entry receives its own heading, which structurally distinguishes it from other entries. Furthermore, when reading the meeting minutes, entries can be grasped more efficiently.
