It often happens that, in a project, you want to display not only your own company logo but also the customer’s company logo, a specific project logo, or the logos of other project partners on the PDF version of the meeting minutes. With just a few simple steps, this can be done very quickly. Simply follow these three steps:
Step 1: Create a rectangular, white background with an aspect ratio of 14.06:1, e.g., 1406 x 100 pixels or 1687 x 120 pixels.
Step 2: Then copy the desired logo files onto this background, position them according to your preferences or requirements, and save the result in JPEG format (*.jpg or *.jpeg) or as a Portable Network Graphics file (*.png). Other file formats are not supported by iPROT for this purpose.

Step 3: Upload the file you have just saved via the project settings in the desired project. To do so, click the menu icon at the top right in iPROT and select the entry project settings or system settings, depending on whether you want to use the new logo for a specific project or for your entire iPROT account. In the dialog box that appears, select the desired project in the selection field and then click the entry company logo in the list below. You can now upload the logo file you have just created, which will then be displayed on the PDFs for every newly created meeting in this project.

P.S.: You can place your logo left-aligned or centered on the PDFs in exactly the same way, as iPROT displays all logos right-aligned by default. Simply insert your logo on the white background all the way to the left or centered, and then upload this file as the logo.
