Account details and billing

After submitting your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. Your order will typically be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Your account details will then be sent to you by email. The invoice will be sent to the billing address provided.

Contract term

The minimum contract term is 12 months and automatically renews in 6-month intervals. Billing is issued every six months by invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer. The notice period is 1 month before the end of the contract term.
