As of today, the new iPROT version 4.3 is live! It comes with an improved and visually more appealing new meeting minutes layout for PDF export.
New meeting minutes layout
The optimized new meeting minutes layout provides significantly more space for the actual content/text thanks to a new arrangement of the metadata for the entries in the meeting minutes and an improved display of images and file attachments.
To save space, information on accountability, due dates, and keywords is now displayed in a column on the far right. The entry type is now located in the left column below the date.
If there are also file attachments for an entry, these are still displayed below the text. What is new, however, is that up to five images can be displayed in a single row. File attachments such as spreadsheets or text documents that do not have a preview image are now displayed only as a link to the respective file along with a small file icon.
Also new is the icon for completed entries, which now appears in the style of the iPROT logo and is displayed between the entry date and the text.
In addition, we have improved the default texts for minutes distribution and the disclaimer in the English version of iPROT, made some under-the-hood improvements, and fixed a few minor bugs.
Finally, one more tip: If display issues occur with the new version 4.3, or if controls and buttons are missing, simply reload iPROT in your browser while holding down the Shift key.
