As of today, the new iPROT version 3.9 is online. This new version is primarily a service update, but it also includes a new feature that allows a one-time topic to be subsequently changed into a recurring topic.
This feature is actually self-explanatory 😉 … with a click on the pencil icon, a topic originally created as a one-time entry from a previous meeting can now be switched to recurring. As a result, the converted topic will be included in the current meeting minutes as a recurring topic and will remain there until it is marked as completed. Please note that this change cannot be undone.
This time, we have mainly worked under the hood and fixed a few minor bugs.
Finally, a tip: Should any display issues occur with the new version 3.9, or if controls and buttons are missing, simply reload iPROT in your browser while holding down the Shift key.
