As of today, the new iPROT version 3.7 is online and includes new features! There are now two new variables for your personal email text and email subject, the addendum function is now also available in the search, and the running minutes number can be freely set for the first meeting minutes in a new project.
Set minutes number
For the first meeting minutes you create for the selected meeting type, you can now freely set the number of the minutes in the minutes number field.
Addendum function in the search
Naturally, you can now also use the addendum function for entries from the meeting minutes currently being edited within the search function.
Search result linked to the meeting minutes
All topics that you access via the search function are now connected to the respective meeting minutes via a link. This allows you to conveniently navigate from a topic in the search directly to the associated meeting minutes.
New variables for email text and email subject
As of version 3.7, two new variables are available for designing the distribution email:
[b-datum]replaced by the date of the meeting for which the minutes were created[b-uhrzeit]replaced by the time of the meeting for which the minutes were created
In addition, we have worked under the hood and eliminated a few minor bugs.
Finally, a tip: If display problems occur with the new version 3.7, or if controls and buttons are missing, simply reload iPROT in your browser while holding down the Shift key.
