iPROT is upgrading – business interruption from June 21 to 23, 2024

iPROT users are accustomed to continuous and uninterrupted access to our software. Over the past five years, our servers have maintained an uptime of 99.97%. This means iPROT was unavailable for approximately 4 hours per year in total—something you as a user likely did not even notice. Most improvements and updates to the iPROT hardware and server operating systems are performed seamlessly in the background.

However, it is now time to perform more extensive maintenance work and expand the capacity of our servers. iPROT is upgrading! Unfortunately, this requires a service interruption.

For this reason, iPROT will be unavailable from Friday, June 21, 2024 (starting at 6:00 PM) through Sunday, June 23, 2024 (approximately 11:00 PM). Starting Monday, June 24, 2024, iPROT will be fully available again as usual. Of course, our support team will be available for you during the service interruption to address your concerns and answer your questions.
