iPROT runs in the web browser. All minutes details are stored on a central server. This means iPROT can be used anywhere with an internet connection – on the construction site or during a meeting at a client’s premises. iPROT is platform-independent and works equally well on Windows, macOS, Linux, and on your tablet or smartphone.

iPROT is designed to manage multiple independent meeting types within a single project. Photos, PDF documents, or other files can be attached to individual meeting topics. In addition, file notes can be recorded independently of project meetings. This allows the entire documentation of a project to be handled within iPROT.

Internally, iPROT uses a database to store all meeting minutes, topics, and entries. The tedious search for the specific set of minutes in which a particular decision by the client was recorded is a thing of the past. A central search function covering the entire iPROT database allows you to search all project documentation by keywords, open tasks, tags, persons, or companies – even across multiple projects.
