Settings

All iPROT settings can be accessed via the menu, which is opened using the button in the top right corner.

iPROT distinguishes between project settings and system settings. Project settings – as the name suggests – are configured at project level, either overriding or supplementing the system settings. System settings apply to the entire iPROT account, including all projects for which no project-specific settings have been defined.

Depending on the current user permissions, certain menu items may not be available. The table below shows which settings are accessible based on the respective permission level:

Users with read permissions have no access to the settings in the project or system settings. Within the Users & Persons system settings, users with write permissions cannot assign permissions, but they can create new users and edit existing ones.
