As with the PDF Design & Deliverysettings in the system settings, all parameters for PDF design and minutes delivery can be configured individually at project level here. For a detailed description of the available settings, see the chapter PDF Design & Delivery.

In addition, the project settings include exclusive options for iPROT Pro customers under PDF Design & Delivery for configuring external access to the iPROT database by third-party software. Each access is secured and uniquely identified using a token. Currently, integration is available with the untermStrich software, enabling the import of contact data from untermStrich and the export of minutes as PDF files to untermStrich. Minutes can be made available via the interface either from all meeting types or from a selected subset of meeting types.
