Meeting Types

Projects often involve meetings at different levels and with different participants. iPROT therefore allows you to define any number of meeting types – for example for project meetings, committee sessions, drawing distributions, etc. Meeting types are configured in the Meeting Types settings dialog.

Each meeting type must be assigned a unique short code. This short code is used in iPROT to identify sets of minutes (e.g. PRJB.002 for the second project meeting).

IMPORTANT
The short codes of meeting types cannot be changed once they have been set! The name of a meeting type can however be changed at any time.

You can also decide whether the sequential numbering of minutes should be shown on the PDF or not. If you do not want sequential numbering, simply move the slider under Numbering to the left. You can of course reverse this at any time by moving the slider back to the right to re-enable numbering.
