With iPROT, you always have a full overview of the entire history of any topic in your project. Meeting minutes and conversation notes, together with the related project documents, are sent automatically with one click to the meeting participants or any custom mailing list. As a project manager, you can check at any time who has downloaded a set of minutes and who has not. Attachments to meeting minutes (e.g. photos, PDF files, etc.) can be saved directly to the relevant entries.

iPROT also supports task management within your project team and allows the direct involvement of external project participants with individually configurable access permissions. All meeting minutes, conversation notes, and project documents are consolidated in a central database, which can be accessed from any device with an internet connection via the web-based interface.
