There are two ways to handle file notes, official notices, rulings, and other documents in iPROT.
- You can document file notes, official notices, etc. simply by adding them as a new topic or entry in the most appropriate meeting type within the next regular set of minutes.
- Alternatively, you can create a new set of minutes under the File Note meeting type. While this does not represent an actual meeting, this approach allows you to document file notes and similar documents in the iPROT database independently of real meetings, and to notify all relevant persons immediately via a brief set of minutes.
