You can customize the iPROT interface in many ways to suit your personal preferences:
- Show/hide left column: Using the arrow button on the tab of the left column, you can hide and re-show this column. This gives you more space when working on a selected set of minutes.
- Change topic sort order: Using the arrow buttons at the top right of the topics column, you can change the order in which topics are displayed (oldest topic first or newest topic first).
- Show chapters: Topics can be displayed either grouped by chapter or in chronological order without chapter structure. The chapter structure is shown by default. If you prefer to hide it, uncheck the Show Chapters option in the menu.
- Expand or collapse chapter structure: If the chapter structure is enabled in your set of minutes, a filter function appears in the topics column that allows you to expand or collapse the entire chapter structure with a single click.
- Show completed topics and entries: Completed topics and entries are not displayed by default. If you wish to show them, enable the Show Completed Topics & Entries option in the menu. Once this setting is active and you attempt to send a set of minutes, iPROT will display a warning, as this setting may result in a PDF with a very large number of pages.
- Change entry sort order: Using the arrow buttons at the top right of the entries column, you can change the order in which entries are displayed (oldest first or newest first).
