Completing topics and entries

A small completion checkbox is displayed to the left of every topic and entry. This allows a topic or entry to be quickly and easily marked as completed. For tasks, this simultaneously sets the Completed On field to the current date, provided no date has already been entered.

Completed topics and entries are marked as such in the iPROT interface by default, but are not hidden in order to document the status change. Only when you create a subsequent minutes will the topics and entries marked as completed in the last minutes no longer appear. If you also want to view completed topics and entries from older meeting minutes, you will find a corresponding setting option in the menu at the top right.
