For documentation and audit-proof reasons, it is not possible to add new topics or entries to minutes that have already been sent or completed. However, if this is necessary (for example, because an important detail has been forgotten to be recorded), create a new meeting minutes, make the necessary addenda and then send this meeting minutes (i.e. an addendum meeting minutes, so to speak).

In exceptional cases, users with administration authorization can unlock a meeting minutes that has already been sent or completed for editing again. However, this is only possible for the most recent minutes in a meeting type and only if no subsequent minutes have been created.
