Any number of addenda can be added to each entry. Addenda can be added to entries in the current set of minutes that is being worked on, as well as to all incomplete entries from older sets of minutes.
To do so, simply click the Add Addendum function below the selected entry. A small text field opens in which you can enter your note or comment on the entry.

As soon as you press the Enter/Return key, the addendum is saved.
NOTE
Please note that no text formatting options are available for addenda. You can enter as much text as needed; line breaks are created automatically by iPROT. File attachments are also not available for addenda. For these purposes, please use the New Entry function instead.
Once you have added an addendum to an entry, iPROT displays this directly below the entry. Clicking on the number of addenda expands them, allowing you to add further addenda or edit or delete an existing one.

To edit an addendum, click the pencil icon to the right of the addendum and make your corrections in the text field that reopens.
To delete an addendum, click the red X next to it. The addendum will be deleted once you confirm the security prompt.
NOTE
Like entries, addenda can only be edited or deleted as long as the respective set of minutes has not yet been sent or a follow-up set of minutes has been created. Addenda from previous sets of minutes cannot be edited or deleted for documentation purposes.
You can of course also use the addendum function for entries found via the search function, provided the respective set of minutes is currently being worked on.
