Access and Billing

After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. Your order will usually be processed within 1 to 2 working days. We will then send you your access data by e-mail. You will receive the invoice at the billing address provided.

Subscription Term

The minimum term is 12 months and is subsequently extended by 6 months. Invoices are issued every six months. Payment is made by bank transfer. The notice period is 1 month to the end of the contract term.
