iPROT users are used to being able to access our software continuously and without interruption. Over the last five years, our servers have had a continuous uptime of 99.97%. iPROT was therefore unavailable for a total of approx. 4 hours per year and you, as user:in, probably didn’t really notice that. This is because most of the improvements and updates to the iPROT hardware and server operating systems are carried out unnoticed in the background.
Nevertheless, it is now time to carry out some more extensive maintenance work and also to increase the capacity of our servers. So iPROT is upgrading! And unfortunately this means that operations have to be interrupted.

For this reason, iPROT will not be available in the period from Friday, June 21, 2024 (from 6:00 p.m.) up to and including Sunday, June 23, 2024 (approx. 11:00 p.m.). From Monday, June 24, 2024, iPROT will be available again in the usual way without restrictions. Of course, our support team is also there for you during the service interruption, taking care of your concerns and answering your questions.
