iPROT is operated in the web browser. All meeting minutes details are stored on a central server. This means that iPROT can be operated wherever there is an Internet connection, i.e. even on the construction site or during a meeting at the customer’s premises. iPROT works independently of the operating system, i.e. under Windows just as well as under macOS from Apple, Linux or on your tablet computer or smartphone.

iPROT is designed so that several independent meeting types can be managed within a project. Photos, PDF documents or other files can be attached to individual meeting topics. In addition, file notes can be recorded separately from project meetings. In this way, the entire documentation of a project can be carried out within iPROT.

Internally, iPROT uses a database to store all minutes, meeting topics and meeting topic entries. The tedious search for the minutes in which, for example, a specific decision by the project client was recorded is now a thing of the past. A central search function for the entire iPROT database allows you to search the entire documentation of your project for search terms, open tasks, keywords, people or companies, etc., even across projects.
