While you are writing a report, you can use the PDF functions in the menu at the top right to view the current report or just a single topic from it in print form at any time. The graphical representation in the PDF files of the logs is based on that in the user interface.
Minutes created with iPROT start with an area on the first page in which the metadata for the minutes are summarized: Subject and location of the meeting, time, people present, distribution list, notes and preview of upcoming meetings.
Within the log, new topics are highlighted with a gray background. Entries that have already been completed are displayed in gray. Thanks to the endless log method, each log includes not only the new topics from the current log but also the old topics from previous logs, provided they have not yet been completed or have been changed since the last log. Changes include text corrections, but also setting the completed status or entering a date(Completed by, Completed on).
Images and documents attached to the entries are shown in the log in reduced form and as a link. Clicking on the reduced image or the link shows the image in full resolution in a web browser or starts the download of the document attached to the protocol. The entries for a topic are displayed in the log in ascending order, sorted by the date of the meeting in which the entry was generated.
