All iPROT settings can be changed via the menu, which is displayed using the button in the top right-hand corner.

iPROT distinguishes between project and system settings. As the name suggests, project settings can be made at project level, i.e. in addition to or different from the system settings. While system settings affect the entire iPROT account, including all projects for which there are no project-specific settings.

Depending on the current user rights, certain menu items may not be available. The table below shows which setting options are available depending on the respective authorization:

Users with read authorization do not have access to the setting options in the project and system settings. In the Users & People system settings, users with write permissions cannot assign authorizations, but they can create new users or edit existing users.
