In large projects, there are usually minutes of meetings at different levels and with different participants. iPROT therefore gives you the option of defining any number of meeting types for this – i.e. for project meetings, committee meetings, plan dispatch, etc. The protocol types are defined in the meeting types settings dialog.

Each meeting type must have a unique abbreviation. This abbreviation is used in iPROT to designate minutes (e.g. PRJB.002 for the second project meeting).

IMPORTANT
The abbreviations of meeting types cannot be changed later! However, the name of the meeting types can be changed at any time.
