With iPROT, you always have an overview of the entire history of a topic in your project. Minutes and meeting notes, together with the associated project documents, are automatically sent to the meeting participants or a freely definable distribution list with just one click. As the project manager, you can see at any time who has downloaded a meeting minute and who has not. You can conveniently save attachments to meeting minutes (e.g. photos, PDF files, etc.) directly to the respective entries.

iPROT also supports you with task management in your project team and enables the direct integration of external project participants with variously definable authorizations. All minutes, meeting notes and project documents are summarized in a central customer database, which can be operated from any computer with Internet access thanks to the web-based user interface.
