In the iPROT user administration, each user or person can be assigned a function within the project, e.g. project client, architectural planning, authority, etc.
These functions can be assigned both system-wide and on a project-specific basis. You can read more about this under User administration.

The list of functions available for selection can be changed in the Functions settings dialog. Each function must be given a unique abbreviation.
