A small completed selection box (a so-called checkbox) is displayed to the left of all topics and entries. This allows you to quickly and easily mark a topic or entry as completed. For tasks, this also sets the Completed on field to the current date, unless a date has already been specified.
Completed topics and entries are hidden in the iPROT interface by default. If you also want to view completed items, you will find a corresponding setting option in the menu at the top right.
In the next log, a completed topic or entry is included again to document the status change. Completed topics or entries no longer appear in all further logs (unless the completed status is later revised again).
