Before you can work in the iPROT user interface, you must log in with your e-mail address and a password. During a new iPROT installation, you will receive the login data for an administrative user. The user can then set up additional people who are allowed to use iPROT in the menu under Users. Details on user administration can be found in the Users & people chapter.
IMPORTANT
If you do not make any entries in iPROT for 24 minutes, you will be automatically logged out for security reasons. A timer in the iPROT header reminds you to save any entries 300 seconds before the 24 minutes are up. To continue working, you must log in again after automatically logging out. You can explicitly log out via the Log out link if required. You can also reset this timer manually by clicking on the “Update” button!
